EmailACheck is a mobile app for Android devices that lets you send electronic checks to a recipient and email or text them a bill. The app is free to download and easy to use.

You will need to create an account with your name, address, phone number, and email address. After the account is created, you will need to verify the information you have provided. The verification is done by sending a text message to the phone number that is provided.

You will then need to set up your electronic checkbook. In order to do this, you will need to provide your bank account information. The app will verify the information and then you will be able to write a check.
